How to participate in the $ORU token sale
Hello everyone! Here we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to participate in the $ORU token sale event on the Orcus Launchpad. Let’s first remind the sale details:
Token sale details
- Launch Date: 15.04.22 10:00 am UTC
- Duration: 48 hours
- Total Allocation: 50,000,000 $ORU
- Token Price: $0.05 (USDC)
- Max Deposit Per Wallet: $5,000 (USDC)
- Sale Method: FCFS
Vesting terms
- Claim 1 (20%): Immediately after the sale
- Claim 2 (20%): 2 weeks after the Claim 1
- Claim 3 (20%): 2 weeks after the Claim 2
- Claim 4 (20%): 2 weeks after the Claim 3
- Claim 5 (20%): 2 weeks after the Claim 4
Note: Claiming process is individual, meaning that the interval between claims (2 weeks) depends on the individual claim time of each user.
Firstly, go to the Orcus Launchpad page once the token sale will be started. Here you will see the “Connect wallet” button and “Participate” once the wallet will be connected:
After pushing on the “Participate” button, you will see the input window for USDC depositing:
Keep in mind, that USDC should be firstly approved and then you can click on the “Deposit”. The max amount is 5,000 per wallet. Once the transaction in MetaMask will be successful, your address will be reserved.
Once the token sale will be finished, you will see the following window for the token claiming:
Afterword
The token sale will take place as a First Come First Serve using the limited sale cap, meaning that every participant has the same rights until the sale cap will be totally filled. Once the total sale cap will be filled or the token sale period will be finished, users will be eligible to claim their 20% $ORU contribution at the 1st claim and will open access to further claims over the next 2 months.
Orcus Launchpad will operate and service other project launches in step with the development of the Astar ecosystem while using the $ORU token directly to add extra utility.
NOTE: There is no $ORU token contract created yet, please follow the announcement at our Discord server to be up to date once the official LP pair will be created
